Australian Consumer Law & your rights

Officesupply complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumers have guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and that goods match descriptions. These guarantees are in addition to any express warranties we may offer.

Faulty items: repair, replacement or refund as required by the ACL.
Change of mind returns are subject to our returns policy and may incur restocking fees.
Business customers: some ACL guarantees differ for business-to-business transactions; check the relevant clause below.

Terms of sale

These terms govern purchase agreements between Officesupply and customers. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Invoices for business accounts can be issued on request once an account is approved.

Risk in goods transfers to the purchaser once goods are delivered to the carrier or pick-up location. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed unless stated.

Faulty goods are handled per ACL. For non-fault returns (change of mind) notify us within 14 days; the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping may apply.
